Scott Layne is from Valley Mills, Texas. He graduated from Tarleton State University with his Bachelors in Business Administration. Scott specializes in commercial insurance, surety bonds, group health insurance, home and auto insurance, and life insurance. Scott currently resides in Waco, TX with his wife Ashley and their two kids Reagan and Grayson.

Scott believes very strongly in community involvement.  He is the president of the Valley Mills Education Foundation and Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce. He is also a volunteer for the Fire Department.
